The Urbanisation was started in 2002 and the last of 22 villas was built in 2004. In common with most local developments, a number of issues were left outstanding by the promoters (developers) and the Town Hall and these issues are a part of the work of the Board and our advisors. We and our local advisors have deveoped excellent and constructive relationships the Town Hall and the Junta Andalucia and our residents are well served by the hard work of our President and Committee. In addition, the Board and the Association will facilitate the maintenance of shared facilties and development of activities to enhance the sense of community.
Every property has a fine view of the stunning vista formed by the Sierra Tejada, the valley of Lake Vinuela and the massive backdrop of Mount Maroma (our mountain) which at over 2,000 meters is twice the height of Mount Snowdon. The Association will work to ensure that we are a worthy addition to this wonderful landscape.
